As part of the commemoration of the 5th anniversary of 9/11, The World Trade Center Memorial Foundation presents "9/11 and the American Landscape: Photographs by Jonathan Hyman." Since September 11th, 2001, Jonathan Hyman has taken over 15,000 photographs of the personal tributes and memorials created in response to the attacks. From painted barnyards and firehouses to elaborate tattoos and neighborhood murals, this collection presents a unique chronicle of post-9/11 society as seen through the American vernacular.
